I came across it when I was looking fro local spruce grove charites who might be able to use free storage space my mini storage buisness wants to make available. We are SelfStorAll spruce Grove and just acquired All Secure Mini Storage on Diamond Ave.

Hello,

That is a pretty good list. There are a lot of good RE apps out there to help buyers find homes. Zillow, Zip Realty, Redfin and others all have MLS search apps. There are also numerous mortgage calc apps as well.

We (Cre8tive Apps, LLC) has just submitted our own RE app that helps buyers track homes. While similar to Home Tracker, ours is much more focused on the home buying process. We help buyers not only track homes and store pictures and notes, we actually help them identify key home features that they are looking for in their home. We have over 80 different features buyers can choose from to create a detailed list of features important to the buyer. They can then share those details with their agent to help hone search criteria. They can score the houses based upon those features and can compare homes based upon a score and not just emotions.
